Our Services
Topographic Surveys
The key element to any development project is an accurate Topographical Survey. We produce highly detailed surveys quickly and efficiently using the latest Robotic Trimble S Series Total Stations. Back in the office using the latest 3d modelling software, we can produce detailed plans with Contours, Cross Sections, Long Sections and Volumes. Having undertaken a thorough topographical survey our clients know that all survey detail on their plan is accurate and will provide a perfect base for the rest of their project.
Setting Out
The Engineers at Global Mapping Surveys carry a vast amount of experience in this field so you can feel comfortable knowing you are getting the best quality service at the most competitive rates in the area. We are using the latest Trimble Total Stations which is checked and calibrated in house weekly and also goes through a yearly service and calibration with Trimble. All Setting out is to performed to the highest standards and with our comprehensive QA procedure you can be sure everything is checked several times.
Measured Building Surveys
As most new developments require existing elevations we have invested in long range laser total stations. This enables our surveyors to undertake elevation surveys remotely. Elevations and street scenes can be either as Outline, Basic or Detailed. Outline elevations show the overall extent of the building. Basic elevations include windows, doors and basic architectural detail. Detailed elevations include full architectural detail. Using the latest Leica Laser Scanners, our surveyors can produce ‘Real Time’ floor plans. This system not only increases productivity on-site but reduces Cad time in the office.
